Studio Display XT2 displays timecode, bars/beats, frames, or time. Color change (from green to red) start/stop recording and ready to record/pre-roll/post-roll is also an important feature. It is useful for musicians, singers, and other artists. Compared to the USB version, this one is connected via a MIDI interface and a special MIDI/Power cable that replaces the PunchLight DLi. The device is compatible with a wide range of DAWs such as Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Reaper, and many others and also works as a Midi Time Code reader.
